My name is Joe Welsh and Ted Sizelove was my district manager and he delivered newspapers to me when I had a paper route for the Oakland Tribune in the mid 70s. I also went to Moreau High School with his son Teddy and to many Seals hockey games during that time. I'm very sorry to hear of his passing along with Teddy. May they both rest in peace.
