Edward Williams Rogers resident of Concord Born in Oakland, CA. He served in the US Army during World War II. He married Marie Adams, who has preceded him in death. He worked as a Photographer at the Oakland Tribune for over 25 years. Ed and Marie raised 3 children and had 7 grandchildren, and 6 great-grandchildren. Ed passed Nov. 6, 2012 to cancer and heart failure. In place of flowers, please donate to Hospice of the Foothills. Services are to be held at 12:00-noon Saturday, Nov. 24, at Holy Sepulcher Cemetery, 26320 Mission Blvd, Hayward, CA, 94544.
