Beloved father of Kimberley Woods; dear grandfather of Christopher and Shawn; loving brother of Connie Larripa and Madelyn Morton. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. He was a reporter for the Oakland Tribune for 35 years and was a native of Marysville, CA. A U.S. Marine Corps World War II Veteran. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, November 18, 2000 at 11:00 am at St. Jerome Catholic Church, 308Ave., El Cerrito, CA. Private interment St. Joseph Cemetery, San Pablo.
